Our Charity Partners

We’re proud to officially announce that Ciceley Commercials has chosen its hospice charity partners across both the South and the North. In the South, we are supporting East Lancashire Hospice, while in the North our chosen charities are Eden Valley Hospice and Jigsaw Children’s Hospice.

This fantastic group of local charities was selected through staff nominations and voting, with each hospice holding a special place in the hearts of our teams. Together, they provide vital end-of-life, palliative and respite care, supporting patients and families both within their hospice facilities and in the comfort of their own homes.

How We’ll Support Our Charity Partners

Our partnerships will combine fundraising, volunteering and practical support. Initiatives include:

  • Donating a vehicle and driver to collect charity donations

  • Hosting events with proceeds going directly to our charity partners

  • Joining the Hospice Lottery (with ticket costs deducted directly from salaries)

  • Hosting regular Ciceley Bake Days

  • Selling our very own Mercebees honey

  • Offering colleagues time off to volunteer

  • Entering sporting and challenge events to raise funds and awareness

Together, we can make a meaningful difference across all the communities we serve.

Despite the incredible work they do in our communities, these hospices rely heavily on fundraising.

East Lancashire Hospice receives just £1 million in government funding each year and must raise over £4 million annually to continue delivering its essential services. Similarly, Eden Valley Hospice and Jigsaw Children’s Hospice depend on the generosity of local businesses and communities to help fund the millions required each year to keep their services running.

By working together, we can help ensure they continue to provide the care, dignity and compassion that so many families rely on.
